Umesh Shetty, popularly known as "Shetty" among his customers and colleagues, is the Co-founder of Impressive Real Estate. Born and raised in a small rural village in Karnataka, India, his journey reflects determination, resilience, and an entrepreneurial spirit that defines everything he does.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Tumkur University and began his career at Mphasis in the BPO industry, before moving to JP Morgan & Chase Bank in Bangalore — gaining over five years of deep experience in customer service and banking operations.
In 2015, he moved to Dubai with ambitious goals and minimal resources. Real estate became his turning point. Through perseverance across both challenging and successful phases, he built the expertise and vision that gave birth to Impressive Real Estate.
